Malosco is a very old village; it is situated on the sloping highland of the Brook Sas and is surrounded by the woods and meadows of the Dasine. Many Roman coins were found here. The old rural-elegant houses are of great interest - among others Casa Nessler with the fresco and coat of arm of the Guarienti Family dating back to 1576. The parish church of St. Tecla was already documented in 1228. In the nearby cemetery you can see the chapel-monument to the war victims with decorations and inscriptions by Wenter-Marini. At the entrance of the village stands the wonderful Castle Malosco.
